The Schuster Competence Center deals with questions about the future. This includes issues like: changes in manufacturing technologies, new developments in our sector and among our customers. Our network in the Competence Center seeks answers so we can actively shape the future and incorporate the insights gained there into our production and processes – for our mutual benefit.
We use our Competence Center for the regular "Day of Dialog", where discussions, exchanges, and dialogs on current topics and trends take place – an exclusive offer with events, meetings, and other appointments, to which Schuster sends special invitations to attend.
Life Cycle Performance (LCP)
With LCP, Schuster offers a competence network that covers all the relevant areas and processes of the customer with the right services – consulting, development of special solutions, delivery and service, and concepts for complex technical future questions. Or in short: services, competences, and industry expertise bundled from a single source. Because our network has the full process knowledge at its disposal and is familiar with the needs of your sector down to the last detail, we can guarantee smooth inspection and maintenance processes and minimize risks such as unnecessary costs, production losses, or environmental impacts. In addition, LCP provides you with extensive services and consulting for questions of modernization, precaution, and assembly. In the LCP process, data is collected which, after a thorough analysis, is translated into recommendations for action and incorporated into the optimization of future projects.
