The Schuster Online Service System OSS acts as a virtual desk for our customers inside our company.
How does Schuster OSS work?
After registering once and logging on, Schuster customers can use the Schuster OSS to view all business documents relating to their orders and have them forwarded via e-mail. This includes invoices, delivery notes, certificates etc. Customers can also view the production status of their orders online in real-time whenever they want to. Via the VIP contact, customers can send Schuster a message and we guarantee a response within 60 minutes.
What does Schuster OSS cost?
The Schuster OSS is available for registered customers free of charge.
